3.5k from Mt Bogong is a welcome refuge just under the tree line. a very substantial ski lodge. Just what I needed for lunch after a very cold trip to the summit.

KayZed on the AAWT
The Australian Alps Walking Track, AAWT, stretches from Walhalla, 200k east of Melbourne to Tharwa, 30k from Canberra. A total distance of 680k odd and elevation +/- 30,000m
Why? Because it was there :)
